What Makes Corky’s Different

Welcome to Corky’s BBQ Food Manufacturing, where every bite is a testament to the Memphis tradition. Our journey began in 1984, and since then, Corky’s has epitomized authentic, old-fashioned BBQ. We’re not just in the business of BBQ; we’re continuing a legacy of excellence that keeps our customers returning for that genuine Corky’s taste.

At Corky’s, we stand apart by adhering to the traditional methods that define great BBQ. We still fire up real hickory wood logs and charcoal in our seasoned smokers—just like in our original restaurant. This time-honored technique allows the distinctively rich, smoky flavor of locally sourced seasoned hickory wood to permeate our meats, a flavor you can truly taste in every bite.
